From simple start-up processes to complex sequence applications – with up to 20 phases and 250 cycles – for optimal speed, accuracy, and operator comfort in every application.
The controller features various interfaces, including an Ethernet port, an RS232 port, and 7 logic inputs as well as 8 logic outputs (24 volts).
The CVI II controller can be used to control a handheld electric tool from the ER series or a stationary, built-in screw spindle from the EM series.
It is important to note that the CVI II can also be used in combination with a measurement sensor-controlled angle screwdriver, such as the Desoutter ERA40J, which has a torque range of 8 to 40 Nm and a 3/8" drive.

Between 2,500 and 8,500 screw fastening results per station, depending on the number of cycles and the operating mode (asynchronous or synchronous).
