MITO B2: MITO B2 SPRAYING AUTOMAT

Spraying automat with 2 arms, dry air filtration system, and conveyor belt.
Machine designed for continuous coating of various types of profiled panels.
Spraying in continuous mode on any type of panel. No paint mist on the underside of the panels thanks to the 1650 mm conveyor belt.
Robust machine construction. Excellent access to the interior through glazed areas, access doors, and retractable parts.

Components are transported by a CFB belt transport system with a sealed edge, driven by a motor with a frequency inverter. The outer side of the belt is located outside the cabin to allow vapor containment. The axis is driven by a brushless motor and a toothed belt, ball bearings. Guarantees the best feed, acceleration and deceleration parameters, allowing for maximum coating quality.

New and patented PLENUM (patented air diffusion system).
Thanks to flow studies, better paint management (savings), better machine cleaning, and better coating quality are achieved.
Unique management of component transport with precise speed control prevents soiling of the lower part of the components during acceleration/deceleration.
