Beton2Go self-service system – MA15-2 concrete mixing plant – extensively refurbished and ready for immediate use.

We are selling our Beton2Go system due to the purchase of a new one. Technically in very good condition and extensively overhauled. Ideal for a quick start or expansion.

• Hardox plates: 4/8 renewed (bottom), top in good condition
• Belt rollers inspected/repaired
• De-rusted, partially sandblasted and painted
• Mixer arms repaired, mixer shoes new
• Gear oil changed, lubricated
• Dust seals + various small parts new

Conveyor belt:
• Rollers partially new
• V-belts new
• Gear oil new
• De-rusted and painted
• Hopper seals new

Cement silo:
• Wiring new
• Filter cleaned
• Industrial plug retrofitted
• Cleaned externally

UVV and DGUV V3 inspection and certification performed before handover. Ready for immediate use, no backlog of investments.

Scope of delivery:
Mixing plant, conveyor belt, 2x IBC (water + admixture), 2x pumps, spare parts, inspection booklet

Requirements:
64A power supply, optional network (VNC remote maintenance)

Inspection possible. Transport can be arranged.
