It is a high-precision engine block cylinder boring and surfacing machine, developed primarily for the reconditioning and oversize boring of internal combustion engine cylinders. The machine belongs to Berco's classic industrial series of engine rebuilding equipment, featuring a massive cast-iron frame and a high-rigidity spindle system.
The equipment is suitable for the precise boring of engine blocks, cylinder liners, and industrial cylinders. The stable T-slotted table and long stroke length allow for the machining of large engine blocks. The machine features a mechanical, multi-speed spindle drive and a precision feed system, ensuring uniform bore quality.
