NET WEIGHING FILLING SYSTEM TYPE TOPLINE 1200

Reaching hourly capacities of 1200 bags (ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED BAGS/HOUR), the TOPLINE has been designed to meet the requirements of high-speed filling of open mouth bags. In combination with our high-capacity NET WEIGHER, the TOPLINE 1200 is the perfect machine for fully automatic filling of granulated products. The bags are singled and opened by rotating grid singling system. After filling through flap-filling spout, the bags are transferred to the bag closing system by upper belt guiding. For clean and dust-reduced transport of the bags, the bags are kept shut until they reach the bag closing system.

The machine was purchased directly from Behn + Bates in 2023 used for about 4 months. The machines construction is 2015-17 but was idle at another customer and returned to Behn + Bates. In the Year 2023, the nearly new machine was fully upgraded to current and latest technology at Behn + Bates factory in Germany then put in production in France.
