The Barbaric TSRET04 return system is a workpiece return unit for edge banding machines. It is the most basic version in the TSRET series and serves the following functions:

- Transfers the workpiece at the end of the edge banding machine
- Returns the workpiece to the height of the infeed of the edge banding machine

Functionality
After passing through the edge banding machine, the workpiece moves onto a roller table. The transfer is carried out by belt conveyors moving perpendicularly to the conveying direction, which rise from the roller table, lift the workpiece, transport it sideways, and set it down on a slightly lower roller table. This roller table conveys the workpiece to a belt conveyor. At the end of the belt conveyor, a non-driven, slightly inclined roller conveyor toward the edge banding machine’s infeed is connected. A stopper halts the workpiece at the end of the roller conveyor.
