OUR HISTORY
Founded in 2014 as a joint-stock company specializing in the trade of machinery for industry in general and for the construction sector, we have experienced a consistently positive growth trend, both in terms of turnover and business credibility. Thanks to highly professional management and qualified pre- and post-sales services, we have been able to meet the diverse needs of our clientele over time, while also gaining a strong foothold in both the national and international markets.

OUR OPERATING AREA
Our business is conducted on a premises of approximately 50,000 sqm in Rome, Via Prenestina 1087/1089, of which about 7,000 sqm are covered. The company operates its own fleet of vehicles for transporting goods bought and sold, both within Italy (40%) and abroad (60%).

OUR CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS
Among our main Italian clients and suppliers are leading companies in the construction, major works, and plant engineering sectors. Our suppliers are mainly: a) Courts throughout Italy, where we participate in bankruptcy and similar auctions; b) major companies in the construction sector (mainly from end-of-project sites), predominantly through online or informal auctions; c) leasing companies for the purchase of repossessed assets.

Absolute-value and prestigious plants and machinery are stored not only in our warehouses but also elsewhere. With over fifty years of management expertise, dedicated company resources (both material and human), cutting-edge technological know-how, and spacious, strategically located facilities (adjacent to exit no. 16 of the Grande Raccordo Anulare "Rome"), we provide our clients with unmatched visibility in the Rome and Lazio region.

TURNKEY SERVICES
In addition to traditional direct trading activities, we offer “turnkey” services to bankruptcy trustees, judicial liquidators and similar entities, as well as leasing companies, to address issues related to the management of assets in the course of legal procedures.

These services mainly include:
A.) Storage of assets at our premises, transported by our own fleet, for goods at risk of theft and/or removal at the end of a lease;

B.) Management of recovered assets through:
1.) Display in our showrooms;
2.) Contacting prospective buyers and advertising, both on our website and in specialized magazines, aimed at selling these assets;
3.) Archiving of specific documentation and consultancy on certifications (CE compliance; sworn appraisals; occupational safety, etc.);

C.) Inspection of plants, machinery, and vehicles for certification of their actual condition, with the possibility of interventions by specialized technicians for any necessary restoration.
