UAB Žalmedis is a wood processing company established in 1995. It manufactures and processes timber of various dimensions to order, offering planing, drying, cross-cutting, packaging, and sea container loading services. The company produces packaging and construction timber, furniture components, pallets and pallet blanks, and also supplies biofuel and sawdust. Žalmedis works with both green and kiln-dried timber and can dry products to the required moisture content if needed. The company holds FSC certification and may mark timber with the HT stamp according to the ISPM standard.
