Esslinger Drehteile OHG manufactures precision turned parts and custom-made single components for small and medium production runs at its Sulz-Glatt site. The company processes standard steel grades as well as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, and plastics, utilizing state-of-the-art 3- and 5-axis CNC turning machines from Mazak. In addition, it offers a range of post-processing and finishing services via partner companies, including blackening, phosphating, nickel plating, nitriding, hardening techniques, grinding, gearing, and deep hole drilling. A special focus is placed on tailor-made solutions for special-purpose machinery, flexible production, and short delivery times. The family-owned business has been established for over 30 years and employs 10 permanent staff.
