Z.M. ROBAK ANO-750 / ZR-02 - 2000 bph Ex Z2

Automatic filling line for EX-type products, i.e., products filled in a potentially explosive hazard zone 2.

These devices are used for products of the following types:

- detergents,
- cleaning agents,
- solvents,
- windshield washer fluids,
- various types of liquid chemical raw materials,
- plasticizers and other process liquids,
- fuels and oils,
- other liquid petrochemical products – provided that the materials are compatible and the EX design is appropriate.

The filling system consists of several components:

- ROBAK volumetric filler, type: ANO-750, with Endress+Hauser DOSIMASS flowmeter fillers, EEx standard – this is a Coriolis flowmeter that can directly measure mass flow, as well as density and temperature, and based on this, volumetric flow.

- ROBAK single-head capping machine, type: ZR-02, EX standard, currently in a format for 1 L bottles with a safety cap for hazardous products.

- ROBAK cap feeder, type: MPZ-03

- Control cabinet

Option for filling bottles or canisters.

System capacity: 500 - 2,000 bottles per hour.
