Used Winkworth model PV63-25 approximately 63 litre stainless steel process vessel. Unit has a flat top with half hinged lid and welded dished bottom head and includes pneumatically operated raise and lower mechanism. Unit measures approximately 600mm diameter x 450mm straight side. External stainless steel jacket rated 3.5 bar design pressure at 200 deg.c. Unit has a top entry stainless steel contra rotating gate type paddle agitator driven by 1.1kW geared-motor producing 33.6rpm and a 0.75kW geared-motor producing 76.4rpm . Unit has a bottom entry offset Silverson BE275 homogeniser with a square hole disintegrating head driven by a 0.75kW motor. Unit has a local control panel and is mounted on a stand with (4) legs.
