UCHIDA AeroCut Quatro

Compared to the AeroCut model, the processing speed of the AeroCut Quatro is 2.5 times faster (depending on the specific application). This automatic cutter quickly and precisely processes up to 350 business cards per minute from SRA3 sheets (25 cards per sheet) using an optional cutting unit. The 263 stored program templates can be easily and conveniently selected via a 5-inch color touchscreen in German. There are 90 memory slots for additional programs with individual parameters (60 in Standard Mode and 30 in Flex Mode). Thanks to Flex Mode, it's easy to program and customize cutting processes as needed. An optional cross-perforation unit (e.g. for tear-off coupons) is available in place of the creasing unit. Tool-free switching between creasing and perforating units. Double-sheet detection and automatic ejection allow for uninterrupted operation. Digital counter (count up/down). Suction-based paper feed with variable speed. Cut mark detection with auto-correction. Accuracy: +/- 0.1 mm. Automatic format recognition for 350 x 500 mm / A3 Plus / A3 / A4. Feed table capacity: 100 mm stack height. The cross-cut is performed by a transverse blade, while longitudinal cuts are made by six self-sharpening rotary knives (including two double knives with 7 mm fixed distance). Integrated perforation unit with two manually adjustable tools and a creasing unit with upper and lower tools (depth adjustable in 5 steps). User-friendly magnetic stops for different output formats. Robust all-metal construction. Lockable castors ensure mobility.
