Tart EXP-108

The EXP-108 pallet wrapper is a machine with an excellent price-performance ratio. It is very easy to operate, powerful, and reliable. It is an ideal wrapping machine for small to medium-sized packaging capacities. The EXP series pallet wrapper is a great assistant in pallet packaging. With the right choice of film, the return on investment can be achieved in just one year.

Turntable diameter 1500 mm with a load capacity of 1650 kg. Maximum packaging height is 2000 mm. Weight approx. 435 kg.

Automatic EXP-108 pallet wrapper for wrapping pallets, suitable for operations with medium to high packaging capacity (up to 30 pallets/hour). The machine is standardly equipped with 3 configurable programs and motorized film pre-stretching with optional pre-stretch – 230% or 300% (stretching 1 m of film up to 4 m).

The machine has undergone a service; the service report was without reservations. I will send the service report to a serious buyer by email, and possibly also a video from the service. I use it in an electronics store, it is regularly serviced, and has low usage.

There are 2 ramp access ramps included with the machine – one original, the other from a different machine, but it is compatible. One button on the control panel is deformed, but this does not affect its functionality. Replacement is possible – according to the technician, the estimated cost is approximately 3,000 CZK (approximately €120).
