The technology of the Stratasys Objet500 Connex 3 is based on the PolyJet process, which delivers high-precision results with exceptional surface quality. It is possible to print models with a layer thickness of 30 µm or 16 µm. This gives you the choice between maximum resolution or maximum speed. In both modes, PolyJet technology allows you to print intricate models with fine details
With an increased build envelope of 490 x 390 x 200 mm, the Objet500 Connex 3 allows you to create an even greater number of complex and detailed models in a single print session, saving time and effort.
The operation of the Stratasys Objet500 Connex 3 is simple and user-friendly. With the free GrabCAD software, you can easily prepare your models and monitor the printing process.

Solid photopolymers in the colors white, black, grey, blue and transparent in 3.6 kg cartridges are available as model materials. The machine can also print flexible and dental model materials. Six material trays are installed and the machine automatically switches from an empty to a full cartridge. This enables even longer unattended printing.
With the Connex series' digital print mode, you can also produce complex multi-component and multi-material models. You have the freedom to combine different materials, colors and shore hardnesses in a single model. In the case of the Objet500 Connex 3, you can mix three different model materials.
The printer works with the gel-like SUP705 support material. A WaterJet wash-out station is recommended to dissolve this optimally. We can offer you this together with the printer.
