Aluminium tipper body, side walls made of 30 mm thick aluminium plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, fully welded with lower and upper chords, interior plank profiles fully welded!! Floor as moving floor system laid on 140 mm aluminium cross members, closely spaced (approx. 350 mm), aluminium front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm strong, straight version, special aluminium corner profiles in
beveled design, smooth tailgate straight version with 2 aluminium double-wing doors, 50/30 mm strong, with 4 locking rods fixed in welded aluminium rear frame in Teflon and stainless steel bearings. Moveable aluminium wall suspended from the reinforced upper aluminium chord with “Kevlar sheet” for complete discharge, lateral brush seal and additional Kevlar sheet. Integrated grain funnel with cover plate, operable from outside, with viewing window at rear left. 2 sample slides in the rear doors
