This equipment is suitable for the production of spunbond nonwovens with a variety of colors and different properties using PP chips as main material mixed with master batch, antioxigen, anti-pilling agent and flame retardant.
SxxS
Currently ss (SxxS) only, customer can do sms or ssmms by upgrading parts
Platform is ready for additional beams, they can invest in additional parts to produce smms or ssmms
The line can be configured to and extended to produce high grade fabrics (add additional beams to produce more protective layers)
