The Easyline BF 2000 cup filler is a single-lane rotary machine capable of filling liquid, pasty, or chunky products, depending on customer requirements. The cups are first de-stacked and then filled by a piston-type dispenser (including a feed hopper). Afterward, the cups are optionally sealed and/or fitted with tamper-evident lids. Optionally, the cups can also be printed with a date or labeled. The cup filling capacity is 2000 cups per hour (cph), depending on the product and packaging. Higher filling capacities are possible upon request.

A version with a sealing and cutting station in the machine is also possible.

The machine is suitable for filling liquid and pasty products such as milk and dairy products, convenience foods, yogurt, and dressings, as well as chunky products such as croutons. Upon request, a higher hygiene standard can be implemented, as well as the integration of a head space gassing system.
