For sale is a SCHOLZ hot air autoclave, which underwent extensive modernization from 2019 to 2024. The system is designed for the thermal treatment of materials under overpressure conditions and, thanks to advanced control technology and proven SCHOLZ design, ensures reliable and precise process management.

Modernizations Performed
In 2019:
- Installation of a new STANGE 604 program controller, including control software and data logging
- Integration of a new Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 control system (TIA Portal)
- New thermocouple feedthroughs for 12 component temperature sensors (type K)
- Installation of new thermocouple junction panels inside the autoclave
- New thermocouple feedthroughs for 12 additional sensors for TUS measurement, including connection panels inside and outside the autoclave

In 2023:
- Replacement of several control valves for compressed air and cooling water management

In 2024:
- Installation of a new rotary vane vacuum pump
