Current Status & Availability:

The stretch wrapping machine is fully operational and is currently in daily use.

Availability: The entire system is currently fully integrated into production and can be inspected under operating conditions after consultation.
The planned dismantling/replacement must be carried out by the buyer during calendar week 46-47/2026.

System Description:

- Stable 4-column construction
- Rotating arm with film carriage
- Top sheet applicator (integrated)
- Turntable for pallet rotation
- Automatic pallet height detection using a photoelectric sensor
- Variable adjustable number of top and bottom wraps
- Variable adjustable wrapping program
- Blowing unit: this unit blows air onto the beginning of the film from below and wraps it in.
- Pre-stretch system P.G.S.A., see section 1.5 1.5.1
For reducing film consumption and increasing load securing
- With this pre-stretch system, the tension of the film on the load can be adjusted via the adjustable dancer roll.
- PLC control system Siemens S7-200 with a free-standing control cabinet
- Machine operation and information texts via operator display
- Triple indicator lights to display the operating states
- Machine equipped with Robopac standard components
- Electrical installation according to protection class IP 54
- Documentation

- Machine complies with CE and EMC standards

Safety light barriers at the infeed and outfeed (standard Robopac Sistemi).
In accordance with the EC directives for machinery (EC Directive 89/392), the system receives a CE marking and is supplied with a declaration of conformity.

(89/336/EEC) and EU standards in excerpts EN 292, EN 294, EN 811
EN 60204
- Machine will be completely assembled and tested before delivery
- Packaging suitable for transport by truck (machine on a wooden pallet covered with film)
