- 3x Combination painting/drying booths: Including large folding doors, complete lighting, and supply/exhaust air ducts.
- 1x Industrial washing booth: For professional workpiece cleaning and preparation.
- 1x Technical room & daily supplies storage: Contains the media control system (RLT 4.0) and an integrated logistics zone.

TECHNICAL DATA & CONTROL CABINET:

- Central control cabinet: Rittal TS 8005 floor-standing enclosure (dimensions: 3600 x 2200 x 500 mm, RAL 7035).
- Connection values: Main circuit 400 V, rated current 450 A with integrated PLC control.
- Media connections: Prepared for gas (burners 1–4), compressed air, demineralized/city water, wastewater, and pump warm water.

DISMANTLING AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
