Double-head PROFTEQ SA 22 welding machine, manufactured in 2010, designed for welding PVC profiles used in the production of windows, doors, frames and sashes.

The machine is equipped with two welding heads, one fixed and one movable, allowing both right-angle and variable-angle welding operations.

The fixed head performs welding at 90°, while the movable head allows variable-angle welding from 45° to 180°, providing greater versatility in window and door manufacturing.

The welding cycle is automatic and includes the heating, melting, joining and cooling phases of the profiles.
