Suitable for round or square bales.

Includes frequency converter (VFD) - this controls the speed of the scraper floor.

The bales are placed on the scraper floor and the cutter's feed is activated. The cutter's tines tear the straw from the bale and throw it into the hopper. Ideally, a combination of bale shredder and straw shredder is recommended.

Description:
The muetek bale shredder was developed for shredding round and square bales of hay and straw. The shredder flanged to the bale shredder shreds straw from all types of grain, hay, corn, and miscanthus. The muetek machines of the MHZ/MHB series are characterized by their robust design and solid construction.

muetek bale shredders of the MHB series are equipped with a chain conveyor onto which the straw bale is placed using the front loader. The support is adjustable depending on the bale type.

The chain conveyor presses the bale against the milling rotor, and the feed speed is adjustable. The milling rotor is equipped with several teeth that tear open the straw bale. The straw separated from the bale is ejected.
