Mercedes-Benz Actros 2641 - Concrete sprayer - AMV

The authorized SUBARU dealer in Łaziska Górne is presenting a special-purpose machine built on a 2012 Mercedes-Benz Actros 6x4 2641 chassis. This machine is designed for applying shotcrete to rocks, tunnels, and quarries; it is a so-called "Shotcrete Robot," a concrete sprayer for sprayable concrete, and a tunnel spraying machine.
It is ideally suited for securing rocks against atmospheric conditions, preventing crumbling, and similar tasks.
These vehicles are most commonly used in the construction of tunnels and viaducts, as well as for securing slopes and rock faces.
They are also used for the maintenance of certain mountainous areas.
The Mercedes has 6,100 operating hours.
This is a specialized, mobile concrete spraying machine, the AMV 7450D, mounted on a Mercedes-Benz Actros chassis. It is a professional piece of equipment designed for use in tunnels, mines, for securing rocks, slopes, and excavations, and for concrete structures using the shotcrete method.
The machine was manufactured by the renowned Norwegian manufacturer AMV Andersen Mek. Verksted AS, which specializes in tunnel and mining machinery, as well as shotcrete equipment.

Inspection report:
The truck arrived from Norway from the first owner to our location in Poland, having been driven here.
There were no problems encountered on the road. It has been regularly serviced and is ready for further operation.
It is currently fitted with 385/65R22.5 tires on the front axle and 315/80R22.5 tires on the rear axles, with a tread depth of approximately 70%.
The entire machine and vehicle have been inspected and refurbished by us.
