Stainless Steel Modular Belt Elevator with Hopper – 1.85 m Discharge Height

Stainless steel inclined elevator conveyor with modular belt and cleats, equipped with an integrated receiving hopper and designed for the continuous elevation and transfer of food products between different processing stages.

The system combines a large stainless-steel feeding/accumulation hopper with an inclined modular belt conveyor, allowing product to be received at a low loading height and progressively elevated towards downstream processing or packaging equipment.

The modular belt is fitted with transverse cleats to facilitate controlled product elevation and reduce product rollback during inclined conveying.

PROCESS APPLICATION

The elevator is designed to receive product in the integrated hopper and transfer it continuously onto the inclined modular belt.

The cleated belt progressively raises the product to a discharge height of 1.85 m, where it can be transferred directly into the next machine or processing stage.
