Cardboard machine, type Vision 2800, automatic
for processing continuous cardboard rolls from a stack, also suitable for single-sheet feeding.

Machine description:

The machine listed here belongs to the series of statically operating machines, i.e., the operations performed across the machine are carried out on the stationary cardboard. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the cardboard is 2,800 mm. All tool settings are performed automatically.

1) Main machine body (cardboard cutting machine):

Linear cross-cutting unit for head-foot cuts and
cross cuts on the cardboard.

Linear cross-scoring unit for cross-scoring on the cardboard.
(Delivered as a cross-scorer, cross-scorer with perforation option)

7 sets of top-mounted longitudinal scoring units for longitudinal scoring on the cardboard.
7 sets of longitudinal cutting units for performing longitudinal cuts.

2) Cardboard magazine, 4-stack

5 cardboard magazines provide and feed
the raw cardboard to the processing machine.
Stack height for continuous corrugated board up to a maximum of 2,200 mm.

3) Control cabinet, control system, electronics:

Contains all components required for operating and controlling the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens.
