The material is packed sensibly to enable easy unloading.

When installed outdoors, the load-bearing capacity is reduced by the wind and snow load.
The subsurface must be made of concrete, level and suitable for dowels and must be able to absorb the loads. The customer must check and ensure that the floor conditions and load-bearing capacity, as well as any official permits that may be required, are obtained.

The shelf supports must be anchored to the floor on site; anchoring to the wall is not necessary and is not recommended.

According to the trade association, it is recommended that the shelf supports on the top storage level have a projection of at least 500 mm above the top edge of the supports.
