The machine for processing continuous corrugated board, listed here, belongs to the series of statically operating machines, meaning that the operations performed across the width of the machine are carried out on the stationary cardboard. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the cardboard is 1,800 mm. All tool settings are performed automatically.

1) Main machine body (cardboard cutting machine):

Linear cross-cutting group for head/foot cuts and cross cuts on the cardboard.

8 sets of longitudinal scoring groups from above for longitudinal scoring on the cardboard.

8 sets of longitudinal cutting groups for performing longitudinal cuts.

2) Cardboard changer, 4-cassette feeder

A motorized cardboard changer, operated with a lifting shaft, is used to feed the cardboard into the cardboard infeed of the main machine body, using 4 individual cassettes. Each cassette is capable of accommodating a web width of raw material up to a maximum of 1,800 mm and automatically feeding it to the main machine body on request from the machine control.

3) Cardboard magazines, 4-fold

4 cardboard magazines provide and feed the raw cardboard to the processing machine. Stack height of continuous corrugated board up to max. 1,500 mm possible.

4) Control cabinet, control system, electronics:

Contains all the components required to operate and control the system. The control cabinet components are based on Siemens.
