The system is available immediately.
The price of the complete system includes the Universa 400. The machine is being technically overhauled and is in very good condition.

The cross-sealing and side sealing systems are currently being inspected and overhauled. Infeed and discharge belts, and conveyor belts will be checked and replaced if necessary.
The machine will be available after inspection and repair at the end of April.
Installation of the system is included in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Fully automatic flow wrapping machines for packaging products – regardless of their length – in full wrap and without film overlap.
Product feeding is via a conveyor belt, with simultaneous wrapping in a semi-tubular film via a forming shoulder.
Product timing is controlled by a light barrier. The feed belt is easily adjustable to accommodate different product widths. After the product is wrapped in film, it is transversely sealed using a continuously heated sealing system. Longitudinal sealing is achieved using a continuous side sealing device. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing devices is manually adjustable.
The remaining film strip is taken up on a film rewinder.
If required, we also offer installation and service on this machine or systems from other manufacturers.
