Artificial Intelligence
An advanced AI chip instantly recognizes changes in material thickness and resistance and transmits this data directly to the motor. This automatically increases the piercing force and torque – for smoother sewing and maximum efficiency.

Thickness Sensor
The integrated sensor detects differences in fabric thickness and automatically activates the second alternating presser feet and the additional thread tension system – for perfect seams from start to finish.

Dual Alternating Presser Feet
Two adjustment knobs control the dual alternating presser foot system, which operates automatically or manually, depending on the detected fabric overlap or thickness.

Additional Thread Tension System
A second thread tension device can also be activated automatically or manually to adapt precisely to the fabric layers and ensure optimal tension.

Dual Stitch Length Function
When sewing corners or dense seams that require shorter stitches, the Z7 automatically switches via a button press – no manual readjustment is necessary.

Touchscreen Control Panel
The intuitive touch panel with voice guidance and symbol display enables quick activation or deactivation of functions such as backstitching, presser foot lifting, thread trimming, and more. Holding down a button accesses the extended function configuration.
