Përshkrim
The iEcho MCT is a compact Rotary Die Cutter designed for short-run, multiple-repeat production. It is primarily used in the digital printing, packaging, and labeling industries to process sheets of adhesive stickers, wine labels, hang tags, and playing cards.
Unlike large industrial flatbed cutters, the MCT uses a magnetic rotary cylinder to cut materials at high speeds while maintaining a very small physical footprint (approximately 2m²).
Rotary Die Cutting Technology: Uses a magnetic roller equipped with flexible dies to perform full cutting, half cutting (kiss-cutting), perforating, and creasing in a single pass.
High Speed: Capable of processing up to 5,000 sheets per hour, making it significantly faster than traditional blade-based flatbed plotters for specific repeated shapes.
Automatic Feeding System: Features a "fish-scale" feeding platform that ensures continuous, smooth feeding of sheets.
Precision Alignment: Equipped with an automatic deviation correction system that aligns sheets precisely before they hit the cutting roller, ensuring accuracy even at high speeds.
Compact Design: The machine is designed to fit into smaller print shops, occupying only about 2m of floor space.
Waste Removal:Includes an automated waste separator that strips away the waste matrix (the unused material around stickers/labels) and deposits it into a bin, leaving finished products ready for collection.
