For sale is a professional, industrial powder coating system from the traditional manufacturer Gema Volstatic.
This is the proven MRS system (Multi-recovery System), which ensures highly efficient powder recovery (overspray extraction) and clean working conditions in the workshop.

The system is extremely robust and, thanks to the generous manual coating opening, is ideal for manual operation (hand coating).

Equipment & components:

• Booth housing: Solid construction including booth inlet and booth substructure
• Filter cart with fluidized bed: Excess powder is extracted downwards.
The fluidized bed converts the powder into a liquid-like state using compressed air, so that it can be reprocessed and reused in the cycle (enormous material savings!).
• Cleaning unit: Unit mounted on top including solenoid valve cover and sealing frame
• Safety & control: Integrated pressure monitoring and pneumatic monitoring via the side control unit
• Ergonomics: Hand lever valve for easy control directly on the booth, large manual coating opening for the operator, and gun travel slots on the back
• CO₂ fire extinguishing system (fire protection system)
