Machine Features
Knitting Machines:
- One machine is equipped with 4 needle heads, the other with 2 needle heads, enabling simultaneous production of a total of 6 cords.
- Automatic stop function: If a yarn breaks or a needle is damaged, the affected needle head stops automatically.
- Needle heads for cord production: 4 heads with 4 needles each – for fine knitted cords with approx. 3 mm diameter, 2 heads with 6 needles each – for cords with 5–6 mm diameter.
- Variants with 3 to 18 needles can be reordered and exchanged from the manufacturer.

Industrial Yarn Winding Machine:
- Winds a ball of yarn in approx. 1 minute.

- Cross-winding for even yarn distribution.
- Automatic stop at the end of the cord.

Operation & Control:
- Speed display for both the needle heads and the draw-off unit.
- Each needle head can be individually switched on and off.
- Adjustable speed.
