As part of a comprehensive mechanical and electrical overhaul, the unit was completely disassembled, professionally repaired, and reassembled. It is in like-new, flawless condition, both visually and technically. Key features of the overhaul: Mechanical rebuild: All components (fixed and moving bearing head, connecting rod drive, guide units) were completely disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, de-rusted, and reassembled. 100% renewal of all wear parts: Bearings: All tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, and linear bearings are new. Seals: All radial shaft seals and Garlock seals have been completely replaced. Fasteners: Newly manufactured articulated screws made of stainless steel (1.4305). Overhauled electric motor & gearbox: The drive was completely disassembled, newly lubricated, newly sealed, sandblasted, and coated with protective paint at a specialized company (Heblo AG). Pharmaceutical-grade surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.8 µm): All stainless steel surfaces in contact with the product were professionally ground and polished by the specialist company Devo Tech AG to meet the stringent hygiene and GMP requirements for pharmaceutical and chemical applications. Mobile & Electrostatic Safe: New, conductive and lockable swivel casters for safe use in cleanroom/pharmaceutical environments. Increased operational safety: Optimized and newly manufactured stainless steel pin actuation for the safety sensor of the machine door for reliable door monitoring.
