FELDBINDER TSA 23.3-1 ADR GUM, 22.500l 1-Kammer

Approx. 22,500 litre capacity, single-compartment, V2A stainless steel design. 10 t fifth wheel load, 3 x 9 t axle unit. Tank code according to ADR 2009: L4BH.

Specification: Cylindrical, self-supporting tank, diameter 1,800 mm, made from V2A stainless steel. Tank internal surface ground smooth to 2B finish. The tank is single-compartment, fitted with 2 baffle walls. The end plates are designed as dished ends.

Operating parameters: Operating overpressure 2.67 bar. Test pressure 4 bar. Vacuum resistance -0.21 bar. Operating temperature 50°C. 3 manholes DN 500 with hinged dome covers, each with 6 toggle fasteners. 1 continuous stainless steel overflow box, rubberised to the upper edge. Plastic drainpipes run from the overflow box to the bottom edge of the tank. The drainpipes are equipped with plastic ball valves and plastic hoses.

Tank internal rubber lining: The tank is lined internally with HAW W08 rubber lining.

Material outlet: At the bottom, a pneumatically operated, coated bottom hatch DN 80, brand Ebro, is fitted. The rubber-lined material outlet is routed to the rear right, equipped with a DN 80 butterfly valve, TW-MK coupling, and a blanking cap. Blow-out device for complete hose emptying provided.

Dome fittings: The following fittings are mounted in the dome sump: 1 compressed air connection 2" with 2" shut-off valve. 1 pressure relief 2" with 2” shut-off valve and pipe bend. 1 vacuum valve, brand Hasteloy, with response pressure -0.21 bar. 2 flanges DN 50 with blind flanges for retrofitting a safety valve (required only for transporting hypochlorites). At the rear of the dome sump, a DN 80 flange with blind flange for retrofitting a top discharge is fitted.

Compressed air fittings: A 2” plastic compressed air line made of PVDF is routed upwards into the tank.

Compressed air system: Lower right. Equipped with pressure gauge, safety valve, non-return valve, and pressure relief/gas rocking connection TW 50. Compressed air connection TW VK 50 with blanking cap.

Walkway: On the top left side, a full-length aluminium open grid walkway, width 400 mm, with a stainless steel safety folding guardrail (can be raised from below) and a stainless steel handrail. Rear left, a stainless steel access ladder installed. All tank supports for chassis, fifth wheel plate and landing gear made from electropolished stainless steel.

Running gear: Axle unit, brand BPW type ECO, 3 x 9 t disc brakes, Ø 430 mm. The air-suspended, rigid axle unit is mounted in FFB stainless steel suspension brackets. Axle spacing 2 x 1310 mm. A pneumatic raise/lower valve is fitted on a control panel ahead of the first axle on the vehicle. One lift axle, driver-controlled from the cab, with traction aid (up to 30 km/h).

Brake system: 2-sensor, 2-module ABS/EBS air brake system with spring-loaded brake cylinders on two axles. Axle load display via CAN bus in the tractor unit display.

Tyres: 6 tyres, brand Michelin, size 385/65 R22.5 provided.

Rims: Forged aluminium rims, brand Alcoa, type Dura Bright, size 22.5 x 11.75, offset: 0 mm, wheel bolt holes: 26 mm.
