The patented folding and stapling system ensures precise positioning of the staples • Processing capacity: up to 25 sheets at 80 g/m² • Paper formats: Minimum: 105 × 210 mm / Maximum: 325 × 450 mm • Standard operation with flat or loop staples possible • Up to four stapling heads can be installed, machine is supplied with 2 stapling heads • Equipped with both side and vertical jogging functions • Conveyor belt with roller guide ensures smooth and trouble-free paper transport • Movable clinchers provide neatly seated, flat staples • Before the front trim, the booklet is pressed to achieve a clean and sharp fold • The front trim is executed exactly parallel to the booklet's fold line • Includes adjustable shingle output for perfect stacking of finished products.
