For sale is a used DYCOMETAL CRT2VT-180 thermal shock test chamber with a combined hot air / water bath testing system.

The system is used to perform rapid thermal shock tests. The test specimen is placed on a pneumatically movable test specimen carrier (cradle), heated in the upper hot air zone, and then immersed in the lower, temperature-controlled water bath.

The rapid change between the hot air zone and the water bath subjects components, assemblies, and materials to significant thermal stress. The change can be carried out manually or via a programmed sequence; the immersion depth is adjustable.
