2 x Stationary Dissolver 50 HP (2 x 1500 L) with Inverter:

Mounted on a high steel support structure (platform + stairs)

Made of stainless / acid-resistant steel (INOX)

Automatic control and cycle programming

Automated dosing/filling for water, 4 types of resins, and dry/powder raw materials

Integrated washing system: automatic water supply for tank cleaning + discharge of wastewater to separators (allows reuse of purified water)

Direct connection to the semi-automatic filling machine

Stationary Dissolver 30 HP with Inverter (2500 L)

Slow-speed Stationary Mixer 10 HP (6000 L)

Column Dissolver 15 HP with Inverter + dedicated tank/vessel

Laboratory Dissolver 2 HP with Inverter (stepless speed adjustment for testing and formulation)

Industrial Tinting System (Dosing & Coloring Unit):

High steel support structure with 16 INOX stainless steel tanks and slow-speed mixers.

Application: production of colored paints or multi-component specialty products (up to 16 additives).

Upgrade options: Currently configured for manual operation, but fully prepared for semi-automatic production (gravimetric/volumetric dispensers) or fully automatic production (by connecting an optional PLC + dispensers/flow meters to generate color formulas via PC).

Packaging & Filling Unit:

DIAMAC mod. DPC30 semi-automatic liquid filling machine:

Designed for packaging finished products into containers (buckets, cans, etc.)

Can be permanently connected to the main 50 HP stationary dissolvers
