The system was used to feed electrical plug contact pins.
Product dimensions: Ø 4 mm, length 39 mm
The pins are pre-sorted in the material hopper, and the feed belt conveys the pins on demand to the screw conveyor.
From the screw conveyor, the product is fed to the product orienter via the linear conveyor.
The product orienter aligns the product into the correct position and releases it for further processing.
The unit comes from a prototype system; the external electrical control is not available and should be provided by a PLC.
Without modification, it is suitable, for example, for the automatic and position-correct feeding of threaded pins up to M4 x 40.
