We have been manufacturing pneumatic conveyors for over 20 years, designed for the transport of bulk materials such as seeds, grain, peas, corn, the conveying of wood pellets (such as pellet, sawdust), plastic granules, sand, abrasive powders (including even corundum), and steel fibre reinforcement for concrete mixers or within batching facilities, among others.

Our systems can also be used for aerating a variety of materials, including hay, cereals, herbs, and more. They are ideal for providing fresh air to production halls, poultry houses, and cowsheds, as well as for extracting smoke, dust, and hazardous welding fumes. Flexible hose systems can also be used as needed.

On request, we can produce parts or the entire unit in a STAINLESS STEEL version (including pipes), or in galvanized finish. We apply the Kaizen method in production—Kaizen, meaning 'change for the better', is a management philosophy emphasizing continuous process and operational improvement.

In the standard version we sell only the blower with a flanged outlet to accommodate various pipe connections. We manufacture pipes and bends from 3.6 mm thick steel.

Impeller speed: 2,800 rpm. (OPTION: with extensive electronic speed regulation, available from stock). The use of three-phase motor speed controllers offers multiple benefits, including energy savings, precise torque control, and improved overall system efficiency. Additionally, they reduce energy losses, positively impacting production performance. Our blowers are highly efficient.

The machine is built from easily replaceable modular segments (joined by M8 bolts), which we always keep in stock, enabling versatile applications.

All individual modules are also available separately (e.g., the blower only). We can adapt the construction to meet customer requirements.

The blower is easy to transport—one person can easily move it, and it can be transported even by a small car, van, or trailer. Assembly and operation are straightforward. We also produce optional wheels to facilitate moving the unit (two types available).
