Laboratory Twin Screw Extruder – Coperion ZSK 26 Mc18 (40 L/D) with 26 mm screw diameter

This machine incorporates all the features of the ZSK Mc 18 series and is suitable for formulation development, compound sampling, as well as production of smaller compound batches up to approximately 180 kg/h.

Compared to the previous ZSK 26 Mc model, the enhanced laboratory extruder enables throughput increases of up to 100%, as the torque has been raised to 15 Nm/cm³.

The extruder is mobile and requires only minimal space, as the control cabinet is integrated into the machine base. Both heating and cooling systems are pre-installed and ready for operation (plug & play).
