The CONSTMACH JCV-1 mobile crushing plant is a three-axle mobile system specifically designed for professional crushing and screening plants seeking high capacity and superior performance. The CV-1 provides maximum efficiency in crushing high-hardness rock types such as granite, basalt, dolomite, and similar materials. It is also an ideal solution for producing high volumes of fine material and achieving excellent cubic-shaped aggregate.

The plant is based on sophisticated engineering, long-lasting components, and the durability that comes with CONSTMACH quality. The JCV-1 system consists of a combination of a mobile jaw crusher, a cone crusher, and a vertical shaft impact crusher (VSI) unit. This structure allows material to be obtained in five different fractions simultaneously. The PLC-controlled automation system is equipped with SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER brand electronic components, and the plant can be managed from a single tablet.

Its modular and portable design makes it compliant with international road transport standards. The hydraulic foot system allows for easy installation and commissioning. Optional diesel generator options can also meet energy requirements on site.
