CAL-one CAL-one mini

Semi-automatic machine for gluing wall calendars, intended for small and medium production runs. Additionally, the machine can be adapted for gluing notebook covers. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it is an ideal solution for production facilities with limited space. The CAL-one mini is equipped with a feeder that allows an 8 cm stack of covers to be placed, which are then automatically picked up for further processing. Glue is applied in designated spots on the covers using spray nozzles. Adjustable guides allow for manual insertion of calendar blocks or headers in a repeatable and stable manner. After gluing, the calendars are deposited onto an elevator. The delivery tray can hold approximately 20 cm of finished products. We also offer a fully automatic machine for gluing three-part and four-part wall calendars, the CAL-one 1200.
