The Billhoefer MTS 104 is a high-performance laminating machine designed for professional print finishing. With a working size of 1045 x 1135 mm, it handles both large and small formats, supporting substrates from 150 to 450 g/sqm and foil thicknesses of 24 to 40 microns. Equipped with a flat pile feeder IA 20, suction feeder head, automatic rotary separator ITM 104, and jogger, the MTS 104 ensures smooth operation and consistent results. Its impressive speed range of 2500 to 4500 sheets per hour makes it ideal for demanding production environments. Currently located in Germany and actively used in a printshop, this machine combines reliability with versatility for a wide range of laminating applications.
