With its nozzles, the STUDIO G2 is ready for printing with fiber-reinforced and other industrial-grade materials at maximum speed and precision. The specially designed extruder achieves a high level of detail with layer thicknesses as low as 0.1 mm on objects up to one meter long. This allows for more options for perfecting a part's mechanical properties.
Optimal printing temperatures: The temperature-controlled build chamber
The STUDIO G2's enclosed, temperature-controlled print chamber creates perfect conditions for printing with industrial-grade materials. The transparent doors allow users to visually monitor the printing process with safe and easy access to the print bed. User-friendly features such as automatic pausing when the housing is opened ensure a smooth and safe printing process.
Independent Temperature Control: Heated Filament Chambers
The STUDIO G2's integrated heated filament chambers ensure that the printing materials remain dry in a constantly controlled environment, guaranteeing print quality unmatched in this class. The filament chamber exceeds industry standards by offering temperature control independent of the print room.
