Working Principle of Ceramic ball mill

ceramic ball mill ,Intermittent ball mill grinding operation is finished in the cylinder body. When the cylinder rotates, materials ascend to a certain height and then fall along a certain path due to the balls' gravity. Two forces are generated on the balls inside. One is the force on balls through tangent direction; the other is a opposite force in the contrast to the diameter of balls, as a result of the force generated when the balls slide down. In conclusion, the ores in the cylinder body are mainly crushed by composite effect of peeling force, impact force and extrusion force.
