The automatic ultra-sonic banderole machine processes paper and plastic tapes. The ultra-sonic system provides a gentle solution for bundling and strapping sensitive or collected products, protecting their edges. An economical alternative to material- and energy-intensive shrink wrapping machines.
• Different product sizes can be banded without changeover
• Operates using ultrasonic cold welding – odorless, with no residue
• No heat-up time required; ultrasonic welding allows for immediate operation
• Software for fixed band length
• Processes environmentally friendly PP film or paper bands
• Easy opening of banderoles by tearing by hand
• 230 volts, suitable for any standard socket
• Floor-standing model, mobile with lockable castors, space-saving use anywhere
