ASCO’s automatic dry ice machine produces slices of varying thicknesses and two pellet sizes (3mm and 16mm) at the push of a button. The dies for the different sizes are integrated and selectable via the touchscreen—manual changeover is not required.

Theoretical output is up to 400 kg/h, depending on the type of product (block thickness or pellet size). According to the owner, the machine consistently produces at least 250 to 300 kg/h in practical use.
