Filling and capping machine for filling liquids and pastes into stand-up pouches (doypacks) with spout. The rotary machine is especially used for filling all kinds of liquids such as water, juices, sauces such as soy sauce, salad dressings, tomato sauce or liquids with high viscosity such as barbecue sauces/BBQ sauces, honey, up to pasty products such as peanut butter, fruit jam, nut nougat cream etc. The filling and capping machine is equipped with six filling heads for liquid filling and with six heads each for positioning and capping the spout lids. The production process is fully automated from bag feeding, filling, cleaning of the nozzles, feeding the spout lids via lift and capping them, to the output of the final products. To ensure the exact filling volume, the liquid level is constantly monitored. PLC control, touch screen operating monitor (menu available in different languages e.g. English, German etc.). Suitable for premade doypacks with a corner spout or a spout on top. - Specifications: Filling range: max. 150ml (can be customized); number of filling heads: 6; max. number of machine cycles in neutral: 18 cycles/min (corresponds to max. 108 bags/min); current: 220/380V, 3P, 1.5kW; air pressure and consumption: 5-7bar, 0.65m³; liquid contact parts are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, non-contact parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; machine dimensions LxWxH: 1800x1150x1950mm; weight: 1000kg.
